Simple To Use:

Complexity is for techies, so we have concentrated on making our solution very simple and easy to use.   Our Online Products Catalogue is browser driven, so nothing needs to be done to your PC apart from the link we will setup for your convenience.   The system can be used from any PC, with any browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.).

We do ALL the preparation and installation for you on our business-quality web server (or yours if you prefer) .  Once you have tested and approved your installation of the system, then you are ready to generate hundreds of web pages as simply as the following 3 steps:

Step 1 is to download to your PC, a spreadsheet (or .csv file) from your main stock/accounting system (almost all systems have this functionality) containing all your product & category details.  Alternately like some of our clients, you can choose to manage a central spreadsheet.   We are also able to accommodate different input sources - please enquire.

Step 2 is to upload the input source (spreadsheet etc.) into the system.  
The admin screen opens in your browser, you quickly find the spreadsheet on your computer or network (we will help you bookmark its location), click the 'Load' button and the Online Product Generator will first take a backup copy of what is currently loaded, and then load the new data into your website's database.

Step 3 is to click the 'Generate' button.
PDG will build a well laid out 'templated' webpage for every product, category and sub-category in your spreadsheet.  It also automatically builds and places the newly created multi-level menu button into your websites template, showing every product category and sub-category that exists on your in house stock control and/or accounting system.   And all of these can easily be tailored to your specific display requirements.
